How does it work?

You could either email us or send us a quick text/voice message through the app with the task you would like us to complete, and we’ll get started right away!

What are your operating hours?

We work M-F, 9am-6pm EST. Hopefully, we can help you work these hours as well.

What’s your turnaround time?

We know your time is precious and we work fast. We get to work on your tasks within minutes after they are received.

How do I contact Customer Support?

We made it simple. Your Chief of Stuff is always one message away between 9am-6pm and responds within minutes. Just open the app and text them.

Who will handle my tasks?

Different members of our team specialize in different tasks. Therefore, many of your tasks will be assigned to our Micro Experts: Pre-vetted, US-based assistants with an expertise in specific domains, from booking travel to sourcing vendors.

Is there a yearly commitment?

No. You can start and stop using Stuff at any time. 

Is my information secure with Stuff?

We know that we’re in the business of trust. The privacy and security of your data is a real priority for everyone on our team, from software engineers to customer-facing employees. Take a look at our privacy policy at the bottom of this page.

How do I manage my subscription?

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your account, just let us know through your app’s settings menu.

What would you not do for me?

We have a “Can Do!” approach, and we’ll do pretty much anything we can to make you happy, but there are certain things that we cannot help you with: 

  • Tasks that cannot be done virtually or over the phone: We can’t come pick you up from the airport, but we can find you a service that can. 
  • Business tasks: We serve you but are unable to support your business/work. 
  • Professional tasks or research inquiries that are beyond our scope: We cannot provide legal or tax advice, for example. But we can find you someone who can. 
  • Things that might be considered unethical or illegal. We cannot help you hide that body! 
  • “Projects” that require many back-and-forth interactions to complete e.g. helping you renovate your condo 😃

How do you handle purchases?

We use Stripe to securely store your credit card information. Once we have your card on file, every purchase can be completed on your behalf, but only after your typed permission. Your credit card will only be handled by authorized Stuff Inc. employees.
